HOW TO USE
Shake the bottle well before each use to combine the 2 phases into 1 solution. Moisten a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyelids and lashes to dissolve makeup. If needed, press and hold over closed eyes for a few seconds. Use another cotton pad for lips and the rest of the face.
