The scent features a streamlined bottle inspired by the original design from 1924. Minimalist and refined, it strips away the superfluous to better reveal this unexpected interpretation.
In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel called upon Ernest Beaux to create a rare and powerful “woman’s perfume, with a woman’s scent.” The perfumer presented her with a visionary composition that made unprecedented use of aldehydes, and thus N°5 Parfum was born. In 1924, a new expression with woodier notes emerged: N°5 Eau de Toilette.
